Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

United States: 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. Express Insured Shipping is available at checkout for $4.99 and adds carrier insurance against loss or damage in transit.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us at info@vundel.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
