Refund policy

30 day returns

If the product is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition

The diffuser must be returned in working order with all parts included. Fragrance oils can only be returned unopened, because they cannot be resold once the seal is broken.

How to start a return

Email info@vundel.com with your order number and a sentence on what went wrong. We will send return instructions within one business day.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Send a photo with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to return a damaged item first.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
